Scott in his first 10 weeks F.I.R.E block has achieved;

So proud of this guy Scott who is just about to complete his first 10 week fire block and i could not be happier with his progress!

Scott in his first 10 weeks FIRE block has

  • Learnt new movement patterns and how to execute them (form)

  • Learnt what it feels like to engage the muscle that we are working and connect the mind to it

  • He has learnt how to stretch his body to fix his back pain.

  • He has built a new habit into his life by attending his 2 sessions every week.

  • He has seen that consistency, and our program works.

  • He has become a part of a team that supports him each week that he enjoys being a part of

  • He leaves every session seeing just how much strength his body has achieved & feels proud.

Yes, we write everything down and track our progress!

Scott has built his bench press strength from 20 kilos to 47.5 kilos in 10 weeks & performed a dead lift with no back pain with great connection to his lats and Glutes this form is fantastic lifting 64.5 kilo tonight.

I have really enjoyed Scott each week showing him what he can achieve and showing him the stats and just how he has improved each week and I enjoy the smile he has when he sees his strength building, I get so excited to see what his body will give us each week from pure overload in our progressive strength training program.

I LOVE SCIENCE...

Scott had already committed to 12 months of fire back in January, now he will head into block 2 of 4 as we continue to strengthen and correct his imbalances within his body additionally, we will strength the connection from his mind to his muscle this will allow us to progressively overload his muscles to correct his posture and build lean muscle on his body x

I have enjoyed every! session Scott keep up your amazing effort.
