Youth Fire!
Is so much more than a workout we are building new MOTOR COMANDS!
Teenagers are going through lots of new motor commands, and each time they grow, they are replacing old motor commands and creating new motor commands to match their fast-growing bodies.
This is why learning the correct way to execute a movement is so important it requires feedback from a coach who is watching the movement closely prompting the correct muscles to use and ways to move the body, this then tells the teenager yes the movement pattern is correct, at the same time very quickly this signal is sending feedback to their central nervous system as a good motor command and not an error, creating what we call a Copy Efference.
SO, if you have a youth that is training on their own off the internet you can imagine what can go wrong...
Poor movement patterns train the brain it’s a good movement pattern and the likeliness of the youth not using the correct form and muscles required for the movement are high, this then will lead to imbalances within their skeletal muscles and eventually result in injury!
Our YOUTH F.I.R.E PROGRAM trains the brain to use the correct muscles for each movement this is why it is our Gold Standard in resistance training.
Our program will teach your Youth how to
Perform each exercise correctly
Connect their mind to the correct muscles required to perform each exercise
Safely lift weight whilst maintaining correct form, this ensures we protect their spine and skeleton
Teach the, how to use stabilizing muscles
Ensure they progress at a safe pace,
Ensuring their whole body strengthens and we improve their individual weaknesses
Focus on their own personal best in a supportive small group of 4.
Our youth fire program will help build their confidence that will shine outside of the GYM and help in all areas of their life.
